PICK'RS RETURN TO MILAM SETTLERS DAY NOV. 22nd.

The Pineywoods Pick’rs, a group of dulcimer-enthusiasts, was formed in 2009. While the dulcimer is the major instrument of the group, other instruments used in their performances include: the guitar, bass, autoharp, harmonica, recorder, and picking-stick. The Pick’rs perform old-time Appalachian folk music which originated many years ago in Scotland and England. This ensemble of mostly retirees plays at local venues, including area festivals.
